7s, 8s & 9s at Cannock

This Sunday our u7s, 8s and 9s will travel to Cannock to play against their mini rugby teams.

The 7s and 8s games will be non-contact tag rugby matches.

The u9s may involve some contact but it will be both teams first experience of this and will be approached with care.

Playing kit: please wear the green Rugeley tops of you have them but any sports top and sports clothes if you don’t. Football boots are advised but not compulsory.

Parents are asked to meet us at Cannock for around 10.15AM. The matches will kick off at around 11am.

The Cannock ground is in Huntington. It’s pretty easy to get to from Rugeley head across the chase to the Pottal pool Roundabout and turn left as if heading into Cannock. The club turn off is easy to miss and is immediately next to the
Co-Op /Blue Ginger Indian Restaurant.

The Kitchen is normally open selling hot drinks and snacks.

Please note for children in the reception and year 1 age group training will occur as normal at 10am at St Augustine’s Field.
