SELECTION POLICY

The following factors will be taken into account during the selection process:

1. Attendance at training (legitimate reasons for non-attendance such as work and childcare to be taken into account)
2. Attitude at training;
3. Communication of availability;
4. Match day punctuality;
5. Attitude on match day;
6. Performance
7. Commitment

Selection Committee

A selection meeting shall occur immediately after training on Wednesday any of our senior coaches are entitled to attend. The current senior coaches are as follows:

• Ian Bailey, Club Coaching Co-Ordinator
• Ken Archer, Coach
• Neil Cartwright, Coach
• Carl Johnson, Coach
• Billy Williams, Coach
• Richards Simmons

The other selectors are:

• First Team Captain
• Second Team Captain

If there is deadlock the First Team Captain has the casting vote.
